Nine years ago just over 20 of us got together and rode 18 miles in the pouring rain raising £800 for Hospiscare with the aim of creating an annual event that would eventually be a regular fundraiser for a local charity. To date the amount raised is now well over £65,000. Obviously the money raised is important, just as important is seeing whole families and friends taking part, having fun and in some cases really challenging themselves. This is good for our community and in my opinion as vital as any money raised. |

Hospiscare based
in Exeter, is our very own local charity that covers East & Mid
Devon, it is not a government body! There
can be very few of us that will not have known a close friend or family
member at some time or another experience a terminal disease situation,
or just the threat of it and know how it effects the whole family
concerned, so please help us to raise as much as possible with our
effort. Looking
